Hi, the henna was a new bottle straight from the freezer Thursday
night - kept in the fridge overnight when defrosted. I still have my
design from the henna 12 days later, so the henna was definitely
good. That's why I always henna myself first - to know that it is
perfect.

Thanks

Lynn

: The girls are right, tell this woman you're sorry but you just
can't
: spend an hour fixing a $5 henna design, have her do the math.
: Refunding her money is generous and should keep her happy and
: hopefully her mouth shut.
:
: An aside, I use Mud at festivals too and once it's defrosted and re-
: frozen it loses much of its staining power. The first defrost is
great
: and if it's re-frozen a second time I find it only suitable to
: personal things or friends and family. The quality of the stain is
not
: such that I feel comfortable charging for it after a re-freeze.
That
: said, the woman should have called you the next day if she really
: expected you to accomodate her.
:
: good luck smoothing things over
: Jessica
