I can't tell the details, but it looks kind of like a dip. When you
cover your hand with henna paste, the curl the fingers/close the
hand, you get these pale/undyed lines along the finger joints and in
the crease of the hand (much like he picture). The picture has a kind
of strange double crease on the palm, I'd love to see it close up!
You can also get the same "dip" effect by continuing to henna with a
cone that has sprung a leak.
