Pick a year ..... (this sort of thing does take very far ahead
planning... that's why I suggested only one conference per hemisphere
per year). People can save their pennies far ahead for travel.

I'd have a tough time getting there unless there was some miracle of
$$ or you could work up enough money selling reservations to the
conference to buy me a ticket (I don't really know if people would pay
to hear me lecture) ... or I could find miraculous supacheep
airfare.

Kinda looks like 2002 may be booked with NYC (or NM) and UK. Gives
you time to plan....
