Hit n' run??!!! More like pamper-n-coddle-n-chat-n-schmooze! When
we do guerilla henna our prices are pretty much the same as when we
are doing a street fair; we start at $10. On average people spend
$20 on a design. I might be able to get away with charging more but
I like to keep it accessible to people and allow them an easy way to
try it for the first time. Sometimes we do it for free if the person
will let us do what we want on them and take a picture afterwards (to
put in our portfolios).

Next time I'm in Jackson Heights I can check on the prices and let
you know. There is a big salon on the main street that has a hennaed
hand on their awning and the words "henna tatoo" (sic). I am
surprised that they will go all the way there for their wedding henna
when you are right there next to them. I hope you can get your name
out there and save them some time and effort! See if there is an
local newspaper that caters to the South Asian community in your area
and put an ad in there, even just a classified ad. You can find
copies of these kinds of newspapers at South Asian grocery stores,
restaurants etc.
