In my other "world" I'm an exe. dir. for a modern dance co. and our
next show is the first weekend in April. So, realistically, I think
early May would be the best time for me, if thats helpful to know.

The green chile harvest comes in early Fall, but there will be plenty
to be had at restaurants etc year round. And I can buy an extra BIG
batch this Fall to keep frozen until we might meet. So chiles can
easily be a part of your future!
