Personally I find New Skin to induce headaches.
It's quite chemical in its composition, and while it does have clove
oil in it, for me its irritant properties are due to whatever's in the
stuff that smells like nail polish remover.
I don't recommend using it; I am perhaps one of the most impatient
henna artists out there so I lemonsugar repeatedly, alternating with a
blow dryer, which does the trick even for my hyperactive self.
Of course, we don't have the insects here in Seattle that other parts
of the country have to deal with, who are attracted to lemon sugar. I
guess if I were outside and insects were swarming my customers, I'd
consider using newskin too, but make sure to take breaks away from it!
