funny you should mention un refrigerated(excuse spelling) tamarind
paste. i found a jar in the way back of the no mans land of my pantry
(lord knows when it was brought I forgot i had it)The expiration is
6/99. I threw it out, didn't want to take a chance.(it smelled fine
though) I used tamarind paste a couple times but I didn't see a
