Quite right, a lot of its effectiveness will depend on your mixture
and your methods. I can get a good mahogany stain from it using
Justine's recipe (see link below). I use tea tree oil in place of
euc, though, and let the paste cure overnight before I use it. I'm
eager to try some of the fresher stuff I can buy from forum folks and
compare.

Anyone willing to sell me 50g for $1.99? :)
