Fall or Winter is fine with me, however for the people who are drivingthe fall will probably be a better drive. My only concern about a
holiday weekend: traffic, of all kinds, will be hellacious and bog

I'm a Bronx person originally, but know relatively little about cheap
hotels in the city (NYC), Kenzi probably knows more than me.
P.S. A Brownstone is a two or three story walk up building with front
steps (a stoop in New York)and usually a brown stone face.
