Hartford is also next to a major airport (Bradley International), and
easy to get to by train or bus as well. It is also likely to be
cheaper than NYC to arrange hotel space. People seem to want fall,
not winter, and mid-October or early November would get us out of the
prime henna season but be before the whole American Holiday Crush
when nobody has time for anything.
Also, I volunteer to organize the thing if you'd hold it in my city.
