I notice a distinct difference in the quality of the stain on myself
depending on where I am in my monthly cycle. Others don't. When
comparing notes with others, some people have the opposite effect
(darker B4 period; ligher B4 period; darker midcycle; lighter
midcycle).
Short of carrying around a test stick (and how would one use it!) I
don't think its possible to tell.
