Apple cider vinegar

Has any female who has taken Apple Cider Vinegar had any problems
with spotting or it bring on menstruation? I took it for two days
and by the third I was spotting and it scared me. If you have
experienced it please let me know how long the side effect
lasts.....THANKS!!!!!!
