lots of years ago. Definately a hair dye and is sold for that
purpose in beauty supply stores around here. It comes in a small box
in powder form and has to be mixed with water for the hair. It is
also my understanding that it is in large part PPD. I know it is one
of the dyes that is used for black tattoos. I know because someone
suggested it when I was on my search for darker and deeper natural
henna stains.
