A professional and very knowlegeable aromatherapist I met at Sirius
says they're PHENOMENAL. Best possible quality! They base their
quality ratings on the European standards, not the FDA. I got the
info, but haven't found it yet in the unpacking process. I'll post it
as soon as I find it.
