Catherine,Hopefully the new darker resepies will take a bite out of the BH
use. Of course The venders are useing BH because they can use cheap
black hair die to make the customer happy....but we know better.
The costs of EO's are high, and those of us who are interested in
a fast dark design on just about any part our body is usefull. Like
you said no Wraps no heat no long wait.
