Ay, and what the wrong forum it is. This question pops up a few
times a year, usually because a web search pulled up a question from
several years back in the archives.
There is a book out there called Crafty Girl (can't remember the
author) which says you can make coloured nail polish using crushed
powdered eyeshadow (or the loose stuff, I guess) and clear nail
polish. (I don't plan on trying it out at home.)
