Oh, okay...! That makes sense. I use dried limes in mine (a la"Willowhawk's Hot Mix" -- see link below) but I dry them in slices
because it goes more quickly and consequently, you lose fewer of them
to mold. And I'm willing to bet it's cheaper to dry your own than to
buy them at the store.
Sophie, who gets 10 limes for $1 from the local grocer...
