Samples, how to stop them

Ok, people keep sending me thick thick black stuff and i don't know
what it is. It's real disgusting, and it smells like premixed
paste. Does anyone even know what this is? On one of the packages
its labelled black oil. I don't plan to use it, but im just really
curious about what these crazed people are sending me. Thanks!
