HELP, HELP URGENT info needed about henna

Ahhh please help anyone.Iv'e just managed to get myself a license to work on my local beach
in the UK however Health and safety have contacted me for any
official details regarding the safe nature of henna. I only use
castle art henna and lemon juice so it's perfectly safe but when I
spoke to health and safety they mentioned the FDA. I've just read the
FDA report on Henna and although it is obviously talking about black
Henna I'm worried that they won't understand this and try and play
safe. I've been stuck in bureaucratic purgatory trying to get my
license and I desparately need to start work before the season ends
but I'm worried that without any official details they won't let me
start.
Please help anyone that can as I'm itching to start work but can't
without there approval
