Hi Nick, some people are unbelievable aren't they? I always totally
ignore rude comments. Last weekend I was at a festival and I was
hennaing a girl and a teenage lad was waiting with his mum for his
sister to be 'done'. He was leaning right across my table
saying "That looks really horrible." (about the design on my hand
which I thought was really lovely), when I ignored him he persisted -
"I don't like that, it's really horrible" I just bit my tongue, his
mother finally told him not to be so rude. Ignorant people are far
better ignored!!

: Hi all,
: just thought of a question i wanted to ask-- what is the
rudest/most
: offensive thing anybody has ever said to you about your henna?
: I'll start with mine:
: An insurance dude was at our house, for a meting with my parents. I
: was sitting at the comp right here, probably reading the forum! I
had
: the soles of my feet solidly and deeply hennaed, and all the dude
: coud say was "you know your feet are dirty?" I just didn't even
want
: to waste my time on him, so i gave a total abbreviation of what
henna
: is. I figured i wasn't going to aggravate myself trying to make him
: understand.
