Hi Noli,

I am pretty sure people are talking about the vegetable okra. I
imagine it would be useful in helping henna paste to be quite slimey
or stringy. Since I have a firm commitment to death before okra (my
mother use to hide it in my leafy green vegetables trying to get me
to eat it when I was young...yuck!!!)I can not imagine every using it
in my henna or anything else that touches my body. But I can see how
it would add to the stringiness.

Perhaps someone can give you specifics about how to prepare your
henna with it. I know I am not being helpful. I just thought typing
this would bring me out of the flashback I had when I saw your OKRA
post.

Maureen who is currently breathing into a brown paper bag...
