Where is Kenzi?

I want to order some of Kenzi's henna powder but I can't seem to be
able to contact her thru her site or E-mail. I also phoned the
number in NY but just got the machine, I left a message but she never
returned my call.
This is my first time ordering from Kenzi and I really want to
purchase some of her powder.
Has anyone else had any problem within the last 5 days contacting
her.
Hopefully she is well and can fill my order.
