When I sift a lot of powder I really have to wear a mask and even
then I can sometimes get a stuffy nose. What has helped remedy this
for me has been to do a really good nose cleaning with Q-tips and the
nose drops after working with the powder. I also drink a lot of
water just in case some drains to my throat. (Is this more
information then you wanted?) It amazes me how much henna powder I
get from up my nose. The Q-tips always have henna stains on them
when I am finished. So I make it a practice to do this always now.
Now I am wondering what it looks like up in there. I wonder if henna
can die those membranes up the nose. I also find it all in my ears,
eyebrows and eyelashes. And this is without creating a henna dust
storm as I am sifting.
