Having only used Tea Tree oil in my mixes for the last month (except
for 1 that I mixed), I can only give you my p.o.v.

My forearms got milk choco brown, the backs of my hands got a little
darker than that (which is amazing since the backs of my hands seem
to resist staining). Around the 7th of July I doodled a little leaf
below my ankle, on the inner part of my heal and it's just now this
week 30% visible. It got dark brown/maroony.
I doodled a bunch of different small designs from my big toe to
knee. I didn't leave the paste on very long, by the time I finished
the last doodle, I wiped them all off. The feet turned darker of
course, but the ones on my leg turned a dark milk choco color again.
So that seems to be the color I am getting.
On a friend I did an armband (high up on the arm) and a forearm, both
of those got to be milk choco too, and the back of her hand did turn
darker than both of those. More of a maroon to the color.
