I've heard some bad : things about their customer service too... they give henna a bad name. : ~Nick Unfortunately, I believe they have seen alot of info about Black 'henna' and choose to ignore it. Ignorance is Bliss. I seem to remember an attitude (from looking at the Colored Henna forum) that is basically akin to only a very small percentage of people have an adverse reaction to black 'henna'. Maybe when they are finally hit w/ a lawsuit from one of those adverse reactions will they finally get the message. REAL HENNA for the masses! Justine Willowhawk
