I'm astonished that the stuff is holding up for 48 hours at 90F. Working through all these mixes again with temp controls will start late August. I hope that I find a way to make and jam-up-jelly-tight batches and hold them for a month or three in the fridge. For trials, I'd keep the superterped pastes in a glass tightly lidded jar, as Gwyn had carrot bags of the caj mix and said that the scent permeated the whole fridge. She reports that orange juice, milk and ice cubes flavored with caj are a bit of "geehaaaaaaaak-ptooooey".
