Where is my order?

This is the first time I have sent to Kenzi for her great henna
but I like to have some sort of communication with the dealers but
Kenzi never returns my E-mails except to tell me how much the order
is.
Kenzi is in NY and so am I so it should not take almost 2 weeks to
receive some sort of confirmation from her.
Her E-mail was out of commission for a short while but did I send
her $$$ for somthing I might not get.
Hopefully she does not treat all her customers like me.
