Jacob,
Khoa is one of our folks in Toronto. I don't know his e-mail address
but you can shoot him a post in here.

I don't know offhand whether the FDAs are the same in both our
countries but I understand that p-Phenylenediamine (the chemical that
makes it black) is recognized internationally as a hazardous
substance. Click on the hyperlink below to see the Center for Disease
Control's listing about PPD and, if you're interested in helping the
cause, print out a few copies and get them to the folks at Eaton
Centre-- better yet, to their clientele. Also, as one Forum-goer has
said before (sorry, don't remember who it was), there's a certain
power to be found in explaining the physical dangers of PPD and then
quietly throwing something in the conversation about "liability"...
