I need help fast!

My Girlfriend just got a black "henna" done. We did not know at thetime that this is dangerous... I went back to talk to the guy after
seeing this page, and he said he uses hair dye!!! I NOW know that
this contains PPD which is very dangerous and can cause chemical
burns and other major side effects. Please advise me what to do!!!!!
