I will visit the link. I have been using a pencil similiar to a
china pencil. I also have been using charcoal and tracing paper if
the design is real comlicated. I am getting much better.

Next time have your girl pick you up a less expensive eyeliner
pencil. They have some here for a dollar or so. I was so deperate
when I started all this I used my liquid eyeliner. Worked great.
But it is not very practical. (Don't go looking for hers. She will
really get mad.)
