In Syria and Jordani, they sell with the Henna powder, small black
stones, that you have to ground finely and add to your henna powder
while mixing the paste. The result is an incredible dark
color...wherever you apply the design on the body!
I contacted my relatives in the Middle East and asked them to send me
some of these stones. Unfortunately, it was impossible to send them
thru the air mail!!!
Eventually I received some with a person travelling over!
The results are great!
BUT....I won't use this powder in my paste unless I am sure what it
is exactly!
In fact, I have no access to any chemical analysis....
I would be pleased to send a sample of this powder to anyone who is
able to go thru this black stone/powder chemically wise so that we
know what it is!

I dunno if i was clear enough stating all that!
