Possible PPD Warning!!!

Yesterday I came across some black Shweta henna (I think that was
it's name anyway). The packaging is the same as the Shelly henna
paste.
However there was no ingredients list (I tried to find one!), and the
shop had a warning about "possible allergic reactions" to it. The
shop assistant herself said she wouldn't dare use it cos of what
she'd heard could happen with it. (Although she couldn't tell me a
thing about whether it had PPD in it!).
Does anyone know if it's actually illegal to sell 'henna' with PPD in
it (esp in England) - if it is I want to do something about this shop
because I think it's too dangerous a thing to be blase about.
ANYWAY - beware! I can't say 100% if it has PPD in it (if anyone
knows otherwise can they tell me??), but be careful!
