Hi Dawn,

I am just about positive that you are looking at mylar. I know that
people use mylar to make cones. In fact since reading your post I
have been rifling through my files trying to to see if it was some
information that was sent to me by someone who sells the mylar cones
or if it was something I read and saw pictures of on someones website
but whoever and where ever, they also provided information about how
to make them. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find anything
here so I probably saw it on a website. Hopefully it was the website
of someone here on the forum and they can provide the info on how to
get them or how to make them for you if you are interested. I will
keep looking though. It is driving me crazy that I can't remember
who the source of the information. But they are pretty aren't they.
The pictures of the ones I saw were not the plain ones but the ones
with all of the designs on them like you see on the mylar ballons.
