My summer was rubbish though... All winter i kept saying 'oh, i'll be
so busy in summer, i'll get so much done' but here i am in August,
school starting in less than a month, and i have accomplished next to
nothing.
I was supposed to finish my pattern book this summer... and i have
not done even the first 5 pages! It's harder than it seems.
Especially when i probably did the first three pages wrong and have
to go and re-draw them anyways.
I didn't even do a workshop this summer, because i thought i would
have better things to do-- if i only knew!
And then i have school to contend with! Ay! Going into freshmen year
shouldn't be all that great, so it doesn't look like anything's
getting done this winter either... Oh joy. Maybe next summer...
~Nick, who just realized he's feeling mildly down about how little he
got done over 3 months. And also inspired by Khoa and wanting to
apprentice with a tattoo artist. Maybe that's something i can do over
winter.
