I'd say a 12 hour time period. The test colour didn't really ever
darken. By 24 hours later it was practically gone. The remaining
spots started dying around 4 days later, and now, about 5 days later,
the earliest is pumpkin to dark and/or fading and the double
applications are still pretty dark red/brown.
: 7) how well does the top of your hand stain normally (un-terped
: paste)?
So-so depending on the henna. With this Moroccan stuff I used to get
a fairly dark spicy pumpkin, but it never really dark. Not like this
fragrant mix! I get really good results with Yemenese henna, but it
has to be really really really sifted.
: 8) what elixir did you use with the henna?
Lime juice and honey
: 9) how long does your terped paste last (before it starts to lose
: it's staining power)?
Maybe a week? Further testing needs be done. I'll try that tonight.
: 10) do you refridgerate your paste?
Nope.
