I don't see how they could arrest you for selling henna to me as long
as you state on your website that it should only be used for hair
dye. It would be like arresting the president of Jack Daniels
Distillery because someone drank under age. The Supreme Court ruled
that companies can't even be sued in civil court (gun manufacturers in
this case) because their products were used incorrectly. But I can
understand why you wouldn't want to be the test case so to speak.

The law doesn't have a problem with my local Quicky Mart selling
rolling papers and we all know that there aren't *that* many people
buying the Prince Albert to go with them.
