Nothing's actually happened yet, and every day the FDA comes up with
something else to ban. Unless some big crisis comes up, I doubt that
FDA will address henna concerns anytime soon; I told the story to my
mom (she is in regulatory affairs at pharma. company) and she laughed
out loud. FDA regulations on "henna for skin" imports are not going
to stop henna from coming into this country.
