I know what your talking about, that usually happens when doing
makeup too. What I find is that the latex on bendy parts of the body
start to do this. I'm not totally sure what woul cause it otherwise,
unless while you applying it the dry latex on whatever applicator
your using and the drying latex on the skin are sticking to each
other causing it to "fluff". That'll make it peel too.
