Coconut oil is neither good nor bad for henna. Ditto other aftercare
oils. It simply deters exfoliation. Oiling skin with very dark henna
patterns will keep it from looking "ashy" just as oiling a salad bowl
makes it look nicer.

A person may have an allergy to coconut oil ... that's a
consideration. There's so much misinformation about henna it's
absolutely mind-boggling.
