I would not panic yet. I was emailing Navaid recently following a
sales email from them (along with a virus but thats another subject)
They are actually on the FDA blacklist but over the last 3years he
has lost just three shipments to customs yet sends six shipments a
month into the US.

Customs have a better chance of dredging the pacific with leaking
bucket than stopping henna getting in. Hopefully this will be a short
inconvenience that will be well worth the price once the heat turns
onto the real culprits, ie PPD vendors and users. Indeed if the HooHa
gets loud enough the end result may be a boost to genuine henna
artists trade.
