misinterpretation?

If they're outlawing henna, they're misinterpreting the papers.
Misinterpretation is hardly unusual in media and government.... I hope
some's just reading it wrong.

These papers indicate that pure lawsone is toxic, but the level of
lawsone in henna is harmless.
They're identifying PPD as the culprit in all the problems, and if
they're outlawing PPD in body art, that's wonderful!
