no permission from Theodora

gotten Theodora's permission to use the pictures from her site. I'm
trying to figure out which catagory this falls under in ebay's maze
of rules and regulations, but think I may just email the folks using
the pictures first, then notify ebay if they don't stop using them.

I think using Theadora's pictures is misleading the
: customers even if they had gotten permission to use them (which I
