Arabian goods, Theodora's photos and ebay

Hej,

I emailed the Arabian Goods people and asked if they'd gotten
Theodora's permission to use photos from her site, and am currently
waiting for a reply. Ebay's guidelines on this sort of thing reads:

"No Copying Allowed! When you prepare your acution listings you
generally should use only material (text, photographs, etc.) and
trademarks/names that you created or own yourself or licensed from
the owners. . . .

"No Unauthorized Linking to Photos! You cannot link to sonebody
else's picture (so it appears in your auction) without the owner's
permission."

The last time I emailed Theodora, she continued to be not-too-
thrilled with this use of her art.
