Tip 'collars'

I actually have collars which hold the tip in the bag - it has two
plastic parts, one that screws over the other, both of which are
hollow.
You attach them like this:
You push the metal tip down into the bottom of the icing bag, so that
it is sticking out through the hole in the bottom. You then place the
inner part of the collar inside the tip. It is longer and a bit wider
than the tip itself, so that it sticks up a bit into the bag, bit
sits tight in the tip.
The screw on part of the collar is then screwed on *outside* the bag,
holding the tip totally tight in the bag! Voila!
My mum gets hers from a cake decorating store near us - try the
yellow pages or the net I guess, sorry I don't know any actual sites!
