I've never used Hectograph pencils, but at the tattoo store we use
transfers that are purple, kinda like carbon paper. To put it on we
use sterisol. Its the thick yellow-ish stuff, that smells mediciny,
kinda like those bandages that are made of gauze. It works really
well, but i don't know if it will work with the hectograph pencil.
