I can't do feet without NS'ing as I go ... as I've got to lean on a
hennaed part from time to time. The insides are far easier than the

For the right foot (I'm right-handed):
1) do the outside ( right side of right foot) let it dry, NS it.
2) do the foot top, let it dry, NS it.
3)do the inside (arch side of right foot), let it dry, NS it.
4) do the sole, let it dry, NS it.
5) do the heal to connect the all-the-way-around

For the left foor, I have a difficult time getting a steady line on
the outside (left side) of the left foot with my right hand. If I can
get to it, I do that first.
Then, top, inside, sole, and back of heel if I can.
