Neutral, uncolored Henna

I was reading Pasekoff Weinberg's book yesterday, Henna from Head to
Toe. She talks about "neutral Henna" a non dying henna that can be
used on fingernails and light colored hair just for conditioning, not
staining purposes. Can someone out there give me a source for more
info about this (and also a source of supply). Thanks!
