Guess I should have gotten Jed's : sifter whilst I was ordering, huh? I've been using Castle Arts henna for over a year now and I have never strained it. I never have had a problem with using it either. I just stir my henna quite a bit so that it's very smooth. Maybe your batch is too thick? Just my opinion. Happy Hennaing!
