It's not "temptu" in our sense of the word-- it is the increasingly
popular European fad of "bio-tattoos." These so called "bio-tattoos"
are done the same way as a normal inked tattoo, but are advertized to
last only 2-3 years. I don't know if that is true or not, and frankly
i don't believe it. So the redness is just the normal irritation of
the skin after tattooing.
