Any design can be masculine or feminine depending on how it's done.You may want to look at some Moroccan patterns, because they are more
geometric, they tend to look less girly than some of the Indian
florals. CCJ has a page in her book about traditional patterns for
men, and lots and lots of other traditional patterns free for the
printing (just give proper credit!)
